I think yes because players steamstatistics.com/de/counter-strike-2/chart?range=1m was more online, we will see on weekend but that will not help alone in long time we need more updates, we need Anticheat, we need Danger zone and we need the trust of investors back.
It could go either way. If the update brings more players back and demand rises, I could certainly imagine some skins recovering. I think a CS2 Operation might help
