Why is that Skin Dragon Lore so expensive?

Very limited supply: Hardly any new Dragon Lores are entering the market, while demand remains high. Iconic skin: The Dragon Lore is one of the most famous and prestigious CS skins of all time. Collectors & traders: Many buy it not just to play with, but as a collector's item or an investment. Float & Souvenir: Particularly rare variants, low float values, or Souvenir Dragon Lores can drive the price up massively. Hype and status: Prestige is definitely part of the price. In CS2, a Dragon Lore is akin to a status symbol. Traders play a role, too, but they aren't the only reason. In my opinion, the key factors are extremely limited supply, very high demand, and the skin's legendary status. When a skin can barely enter the market anymore, the price can skyrocket if demand is sufficient.
