Why is counter strike deadass dying the more i play it. Nobody uses mic anymore, etc.

What do you play in Premier? Because on Faceit, for example, most people actually talk. CS2 isn't dying—plenty of people are still playing—and I think things will pick up again with the next CS2 Operation.
